How to love yourelf more

Hello Divine beings

I am often asked how do I love myself more?...to which I reply..What irritates you about yourself? and the answer I get is a list of long "why I am not perfect " saga...None of us is perfect and we have heard this from every spiritual guru and layman..so what are we doing with this feeling of not being perfect..well as mere mortals we hold on to it and beat our self esteem to black and blue...then we go about asking people ...how do I love myself more?

So a simple solution to love yourelf more is ...forgive yourself...let go of all the grudges

We often hold a grudge against ourselves coz we acted silly or we hurt a loved one or we didn't grab an opportunity.
However this grudge lowers our vibrations making life procrastinate its beautiful gifts to us which are of higher vibrations.

So a beautiful self forgiveness prayer.
Let yourself fly from the self imposed cage of guilt.Gift yourself forgiveness
